Why I need contents of my WA Education Dept file email
Hello ,
The file here is a brief introduction to 1990 and 1991.

Two years of hell
A list of the files I would hope to see in my folder.

1990
In 1990 I was in my first year at South Fremantle SHS as Head of Physical Science.
Bob Cross, the Principal had a Gifted and Talented program.
Bob Cross persecuted me and I sought help from the school nurse.
I had twelve symptoms of extreme stress.
Shortly after I found Betty Miller was now school nurse.
I was a friend of Jim and Betty Miller but I only found that she was now the school nurse by accident.
I assumed the previous nurse had written to the Ed Dept about my case and was hence gone.
This probable note I would like to see.

1990
Later that year Superintendent Malcolm Crosbie assessed me and wrote a pile of lies.
My response is on my computer but after 35 years still makes me ill.
I assumed a copy of his report would be there and I wanted to see what I had found my response to on my computer some years before that made me ill with a blood pressure of 197 when it was usually 130 or so and I was taken to Emergency.

Read from “About the apartment.” for the story of Heather.
The import of this story is that the lawyer who was supposed to be getting my job back in 1992 knew all of it but my thoughts last year, 2025, were that was the reason he had the barrister make a statement which was contrary to my thinking but in which I admitted to doing wrong was to paint an image of me as being in the wrong so that the Heather lie was true and needing financial fixing. I assume the West Australian reporter was there because the lawyer wanted maximum publicity about my being bad. I did not speak up to deny the barrister statement because a huge mob was in the tribunal to witness my execution and I was absolutely cowed.
About the Heather relationship.
It was legal but I had a thought last year, 2025, that the lawyer got her to lie as to when it commenced and the reason it did.
I had another female during my life who got me to pay for an abortion she said was due to me but the doctor pointed out I was not, not that I told the liar. You should locate Simon and check his DNA.
I assume there is a file on the many dollars Heather was given.

I need the name of the lawyer who I had in 1992. He was supposed to be getting my job back but instead ensured I was a villain.
If I ever have the money to sue the WA ED DEPT I would want to make sure I did not get him or his partner to work for me.
As I told your Rosa:
I need the lawyers name.
Email to WA Education Department
I need the lawyers name.
Hello Rosa,
You sent me a set of files last year that were not what I needed.
You said a lawyer could access all the files.
I need the name of the lawyer I used in 1992 who made sure I was regarded as a villain and did not conduct my plea as instructed but in the opposite manner and with the West Australian newspaper there to write it up, the purpose being I am surmising to get an exstudent who had had a baby she said was mine to lie about when she started bonking me.
I need a lawyer to sue the Department but obviously any associate of the lawyer from back then would ensure my case was lost.
How do I get the name/s of the lawyer/s associated with any case regarding me from back then.
I would assume the one who did the deed on me at my plea for my job would have had his partner handle the case for wanting much money to bring up the baby.
Aspects of that time of my life are at the file “Working hard and keeping others happy.”
This is in Author Story Book 2 the link to which you can see at the top of the Maxwell Empire Books website.

Heather thoughts
Heather’s actions in refusing a condom to be used on November 26th, 1990, lead to the thought recently that she did not want to get pregnant but already was.
Financial support from a school teacher was a better possibility than from the father.
She and baby spent time with me on just one day a month after babies birth in the apartment but that was to be the only time.
She told me she wanted $500 a month some time later on the day the Dept said I was sacked.
My lawyer knew all about Heather as being the reason I had the apartment and our history. So he knew it was legal but to make lots of money he would have had her lie.
A lie fits in with the barrister giving a contrary statement at the tribunal and the response of the woman on the train.
The former has had a deleterious effect on my life since its publication by the West Australian newspaper.
Women do not talk to me on a train so while it was a surprise in having one do so on my trip to Sydney in 2011 or 2012 it did not have me thinking what was that all about until later when I added the older couple with the twenty or so year old disabled man/boy on the other side of the train and the woman disappearing for the rest of the trip. I came to the conclusion it was a forty year old Heather and her conscience at having gone along with the lawyer and lied about our time of starting the bonking.

More on missing files
I ended up downloading more than six files but as they appeared to be duplicates were there only three files?
What I was expecting is not included as my request for any files from 1991 and 1992 did not include any relating to my appeal to the tribunal with a lawyer whose conduct is the basis of my query and my anticipation that he orchestrated the newspaper article to promote the case brought by his partner.
Also in 1991 there is nothing about the statement from the student who caused my dismissal. Presumably there are also reports from others indicating why they think the girl was telling the truth.
So I have not received any of the material I require to confirm my suspicions about my lawyers conduct.
Can you please advise whether it is in the file and why, if it is, I do not have it. Also why, seeing it is so relevant, it is not in the file.
Also in 1990 I suffered extreme stress from being persecuted by Principal Bob Cross who had a Gifted and Talented scheme running except students enrolled in it if they thought they were of that category with the result that when their results were inconsistent with that level I was blamed and when I saw the school nurse I had a dozen symptoms relating to the condition ( as indicated in a file I recently found on my computer). The nurse disappeared soon after to be replaced by a friend of 25 years who did not make herself known to me and who I discovered in the school. I have always assumed the nurse let you know of the persecution.
Also in 1990 Malcolm Crosbie the Superintendent visited to appraise me at the behest of Bob Cross because I refused to supply written replies to student complaints from the same group as above. A reminder that I taught a real such group at Applecross SHS in 1970 and knew what their ability should be while none at South Fremantle SHS did. I assumed I would see his report among your reply because when I found my file with comments on each of his complaints I was taken to the local hospital with a blood pressure of 197 and after half a tablet was back to 120. I do not have his report but it should be in the file.
You can see when a Department employee told me I was going to be given $240,000 because of my dismissal I was happy to be dismissed. However that was just another lie.

Unfortunately this was just another ignored request for justice. I need a lawyer.
Wesfarmers made me homeless
An email sent to a multitude of Western Australian lawyers on the subject “Wesfarmers made me homeless” in 2026 with the aim of having the business rectify the wrong they did me in 1995.
Hello,
The following is my history with Masters Dairy which I started buying milk from in 1986 after I bought a milkround in circumstances described in “1985 The Milkman”. It is important to note that I paid for the milk they supplied each week and if I was late paying they promptly reminded me about payment.
In 1993 I left the milkround with my eldest so to run while I went with my wife to Bangkok to organise a business bringing Thai tourists to Australia. It was very slow in Bangkok and I was there ten weeks. During this time my son did not pay for the milk at all. No reminders, no problems, just a debt for me when I got back of $30,000. The second item which is on the Maxwell Empire Books website is “Wesfarmers made me homeless” which explains where the money obviously went.
This was 1993. Which was now tainted by drug sales which explains why Wesfarmers disposed of Masters Dairy in 1994.
They thought it acceptable to make me homeless.
Unfortunately they still do.
The law no doubt says forget it all as it is too long ago.
I just think they should be thinking they did the wrong thing and need to make some correction.
Why am I contacting all Western Australian lawyers.
I assume others were treated similarly to me by Wesfarmers and would appreciate help in getting them to consider what they can do to recompense me.
I would like it suggested to them that a class set of the Maxwell Empire Scripted Books be supplied to every school. Amazon can give them a discounted price.

1985 The Milkman
Chapter 1
You can skip this chapter if you want to as it gives the scenario and reasons for me becoming a milkman. It seemed like a good idea at the time.
I was a teacher of science and computing at Melville Senior High School in Western Australia in 1985. I was studying at WAIT, the Western Australian Institute of Technology, doing a Post Graduate Diploma in Science Education.
As the computing teacher at the school I had replaced the previous teacher who had been very unwillingly been sent to teach in the country. Consequently he had removed all the teaching aids he had been using in his classes and I was left with a bare cupboard so to speak.
I had not taught computing before but felt that I should be conversant with the area. I had done several computing units at University. At the University of Queensland in 1979 I had done a unit which involved producing programs. This involved using a 2B pencil to fill in little rectangles on small cards (about 15cm x 6 cm) which were then fed into a card reader by staff at the university. A fault in the program you had written meant marking replacement cards and having it read again. The stack of cards was several centimetres high. I lived in Ipswich which was 40 km from the university and only went there once or twice a week. Consequently producing a program which worked was a lengthy process. I did not shine as a programmer and ended up given a pass as long as I did not try doing any more computing.
When I returned to Western Australia a couple of years later I did a couple of units at WAIT as part of my initial studies which were in a Post Graduate Diploma in Physics. Things had improved and input was via a keyboard talking to a mainframe so feedback was immediate and the only problem was getting time on the keyboard. Hence I had more success.
I changed from Physics to Science Education studies in 1984 when I had found it impossible to complete a unit requiring me to produce a computer program capable of doing graphics on the computer screen. By now I had used the linear accelerator to bombard materials with high speed particles and make new nuclei. These were radioactive and had to be handled with care but the study was very interesting. I had also used electron microscopes to produce extremely magnified images of objects we had prepared. When a fellow student pointed out that as a high school teacher I would not be using such a device in my life ever again I was depressed for months.
A part of my studies in 1985 was a research project. It was the second project. A smaller one I had done earlier on whether students who were more interested in science got better results. Surprisingly I discovered, as others had before, that they didn’t. The analysis of the results meant using a program SPSS, the Statistical Program for the Social Sciences. Again to access the program meant gaining time on a keyboard to talk to the mainframe. My main project was a survey of science teachers and a whole lot of questions I got them to answer. The results were analysed using SPSS. It was a lengthy piece of work and took many hours on the computer terminal. The actual writing of the report I did on a Commodore 64. Because my predecessor at Melville SHS had taken everything I needed exercises on the computer for the students. I had to make my own. Unfortunately the school would not help with supplying a computer for me to use at home as it was going to take too many hours producing exercises for me to remain at school and I had to buy my own. The school used Commodore 64 computers so I had to buy one of these. This was a significant financial outlay. With all the additional features such as a printer the total cost was over $2,200. The big disadvantage was that the files from these computers could not be read by IBM compatible computers. Hence my research project would need to be completely retyped on an IBM compatible machine when I finished.
Then we get to the end of the year and the problem is money. There isn’t any. My younger son wants a $120 guitar for Christmas and there is not enough money for it. The project needs rewriting and there is no money. I had gained a promotion in my job and was going to start 1986 as Head of Physical Science at Armadale SHS. The children, boy, girl, boy, were getting old enough to need an after school job. I had the delusional idea that the family that works together stays together. When you were married to a woman of the type I was that statement is completely untrue. Rejection was my wife’s forte.
A business that could be conducted simultaneously with teaching; a business that could be expanded to mean I did not have to teach anymore; a milkround that could start as household deliveries and be transformed into shop deliveries seemed the answer.
Chapter 2
Household deliveries were still fairly common in 1986. A milkround was an affordable business with a loan from the bank using the house as collateral. Weekend papers usually had several businesses for sale. After searching a while a suitable milkround was found that was being run by a man in a similar position to me. He worked during the day at a job not related to the milkround and did the round with a couple of runners four times a week. His wife did the computing for him during the day. This involved making the changes to customer’s orders when required so their deliveries and bill were correct and printing the accounts each week.
I went out one night with him to ensure that it was a business I was capable of and then took over in April, 1986. The first night was murder. It took several hours longer than it had when he ran things. The main problem was my complete inexperience as a milkman. When I improved times did not when the runners decided to work slowly unless I paid them twice the amount the previous owner had. Unfortunately he had proposed the increase to them for when I took over. Obviously they got their wage increase.

Wesfarmers made me homeless
In 1993 Wesfarmers had a whole lot of businesses and one of them sold liquid white stuff. This particular business I had been getting the white stuff from for seven years with no trouble except for one time when they filled some of the containers it was sold in with cleaning fluid so the customers were a bit upset and blamed me for supplying bad stuff. Some even stopped being my customers. This business, Masters Dairy, never did acknowledge, apologise, or compensate me or the other milkmen. Well, not me, anyway.
The employee who took my money each week to pay for the milk I had used during the previous week had a bright idea to make a lot of money by selling a solid white product which was worth an enormous more for a little bit of the white powder. How did he do this, you ask.
Masters make a good choc milk. Well, it is normally good.
He organised a container load sent up to Singapore to be definitely not good so the whole lot was rejected and sent back to Australia. Well, choc milk was supposed to be on its way back but, look, some of the liquid choc milk had metamorphed into solid white powder. Magic. Well, magic with a bit of help.
Now the accounts guy had a product and needed customers.
My son had looked after the milkround a couple of years before when I went to Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand looking for items to buy and for me and other milkmen to sell. The trip was great but not so good for products but good for I came back with wife number two. You will have never met a more charming woman.
I had an interesting time obviously and my son had an uneventful time looking after the milkround customers and paying Masters each week.
Fast forward to 1993. Wife number two had worked in tourism and we were about to start a tourism business in Thailand. Wife and I went to Bangkok leaving son looking after the milkround. Like before in 1991 except I would not be bringing back a new wife.
I don’t know if you started a business in Thailand in 1993 but I hope they were faster with you than with us.
Ten weeks.
And the worst part was to find Masters had been taking the money for the white solid and not the white liquid. Well, that bit of a realisation did not happen then and took a few years before it all became clear.
How?
How could it happen?
Why did it happen?
A couple of his friends had been carted off to hospital while we were in Bangkok suffering from overdoses of drugs. One was permanently incapacitated and the other was on medication for the rest of his life. But for some reason that bit of knowledge did not elicit useful thoughts for years either.
I guess I was just in shock as to the hows and the whys.
The milk bill was $3,000 a week so the bill was $30,000 and the money to pay it had gone. Where was obviously the next appropriate word.
I could not pay it and refused to try because the money should have been taken by Masters because that was where it was supposed to be.
Prior to 1993 any time the milk bill had not been paid each week I got a reminder to hurry up and pay it.
So why had there been no “hurry ups”?
Why had it not been required before milk was supplied.
Two years later the Western Australian Government decided to put me out of business and all other similarly sized milkmen with household customers and a few shops. The Government came up with a ridiculously low value for the milkround of $16,000.
That was all they gave me.
I obviously tried to get their representative who met with objecting exmilkmen to realise it was too low. I was the first to meet him. A chap called John Negus. A whole lot of words should be there before his name but that would make this unprintable. He thought it was reasonable.
So I was to get only about half of what was still owed. Now it was to Wesfarmers as I guess when they got rid of Masters in 1994 any debts did not go with it. Obviously I suspect they found out about their employee and his/her heroin sideline and dumped the whole shebang.
So Wesfarmers took me to court.
I always wonder why the magistrate was so keen on blaming me for not paying the milk money. Just do not get it. I would have expected a magistrate to be impartial.
Anyway Wesfarmers got the $16,000 and the keys to my apartment, making me homeless. Well done big business. Next time just acknowledge that it was your employee that caused the loss.
It was a few years before I became aware that I had supported a whole lot of my son’s friends with ten weeks of joy or whatever you get from the white stuff. Completely depressing.
Just as depressing was that the Western Australian Government decided in 1998 that they needed to give me an extra $53,000 for my milkround. Bit late donkeys.
I have tried to get Wesfarmers and the Western Australian State Government to compensate me for making me homeless but their failure has been the cause of Andy One writing in his diary in 4587 that he and the other humans on Maxwell 01 have been viewing the result of the west coast of Australia sinking beneath the waves with commensurate death and destruction.

Australians should know this
The refusal to acknowledge the rudimentary state of Australian Aboriginal life pre 1788 is a gross disservice to those who identify as being members of that group.
Unfortunately in general those who could be showing those members that the arrival of the First Fleet was a huge benefit to their ancestors refuse to do so.
Writings from the time indicate that in general the 1788 locals did not appreciate the chance to advance from the Stone Age that had been their life style for twenty two million days.
Only one Aboriginal took up the Governor’s offer of seed and equipment to grow crops.
A few others worked on ships and readily took up the bad habits of their workmates.
There was no invasion because that means opposition to the landings which did not happen. When Cook had arrived near Sydney in 1770 Banks called the locals cowards because they continually ran away from the English and hence could not be communicated with. Later, at what is now Cooktown, the locals were braver and interaction resulted although not necessarily good because one local, having been stopped from taking (stealing) some equipment began a fire to express his anger.
As time went on after the 1788 landing and female locals became pregnant because they readily mated with folk who offered clothes, food and a roof the offspring were provided a nursery because the baby would have probably been killed if born in an Aboriginal camp. This practise was why my great grandmother was given to a white couple camped nearby while on their way to the South Australian goldfields and they took it to the wife’s mum to bring up. Who would want to acknowledge such a history. My daughter would have Uni paid for if she could.
The Stolen Generation can be easily identified as false with just a little bit of reading of the descriptions of Aboriginal life where old men took young girls as wives and hence separating the girls from the family protected them.
It is easy to see that many Aboriginals continued to follow their old ways in the movies made a hundred or more years later that can be seen on YouTube.
Books to read from the time of the First Fleet are available for free on gutenberg.net.
Stop believing lies Australia, learn the truth about the folk who were here when the Gov arrived.
